As the owner of Infinity Property, LLC, a commercial and residential property management company, LaTisha has acquired leadership, critical analysis, organization, technical, team building, and negotiation skills. These skills have given her the confidence and tools needed to transition into building and developing commercial real estate. With the strong desire to contribute to the community which has developed her, as the majority shareholder in Scholt Industries, Inc., LaTisha has spearheaded the Destiny Race a 5K run for $5000. Scholt Industries, Inc. annually donates $5,000 to individuals within the local community in the form of a monetary scholarship or capital to start up a business or other endeavor. LaTisha has more than 10 years of experience in financial services including budgeting, financial counseling, financial goal setting and small business consulting. She has acquired much of this experience while working as a loan officer at the largest credit union in Alabama, Redstone Federal Credit Union. LaTisha has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from “THEE” Alabama A&M University (Long Live Thy Fame), and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from South University. LaTisha is currently furthering her endeavors with working toward her 2nd Masters in Real Estate Development from Auburn University and CCIM certification. BIO, MARSAU SCOTT -Co-Owner, President of Scholt Industries, Inc. Marsau J. Scott was born in Pontiac, Michigan to Mark J. Scott Jr and Cassandra L Scott. He is the sixth of eight children and the fifth of six boys. In his early days he spent time in Chicago, Illinois with his grandmother Katie Williams and Aunts Myra (Gray) and Millicent Scott. He later moved back to Pontiac, Michigan to attend high school at Pontiac, Northern Sr. High School. Upon graduation Marsau attended several colleges beginning with Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA, Oakland University in Auburn Hills, MI and finally finishing his undergraduate degree at Thee Alabama A&M University where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration on International Business. Throughout his young life and even into college Marsau has always had a great passion for business from selling used cars in middle school and high school to starting his first company, M&M Pools, Inc. Marsau has endeavored in business from every angle; starting businesses as a sole proprietor, partnership, LLC and corporation. Marsau has also had the privilege of working at large corporations such as Target Co. On the executive level and as the General Manager of Monaco Pictures in Huntsville, AL. Upon completing his degree in 2004, while attending Graduate school Marsau met LaTisha Scott in 2005 and married her in 2006. Marsau and LaTisha have been together for 13 years in September and have welcomed their only begotten son, MJ in 2007 followed by Maci Jenise in 2011 and finally Mila Jade Scott in 2015. M&M pools changed its name and business structure to Infinity Pools and later Infinity Properties, LLC in which LaTisha is currently the sole owner. Marsau also was co-founder of Scholt Industries, Inc. (A commercial general contractor in southeastern US) where he currently serves as President and Co-Owner with his wife, LaTisha. In 2018 Marsau & LaTisha held their inaugural “Destiny Race”, a philanthropic endeavor seeking to inspire and encourage the local community to run with a purpose and seek their own path in life as they define their own goals and race with their destiny. Marsau became a member of the Nu Epsilon chapter of Omega Psi Phi in 2001 and is currently an active member of the local Xi Omicron graduate chapter in greater Huntsville, AL.
