An intuitive strategist, Gillyard has been able to consistently drive revenue growth, market penetration, and creative development for his clients. Gillyard serves as the Chief Growth Officer of Quantasy & Associates, an award-winning fullservice marketing agency, where he is also a Partner. Quantasy delivers premium interactive and social content for clients in the tech, automotive, entertainment, not-for-profit and financial sectors. Named by Inc. Prior to entering the digital media sector, Gillyard enjoyed a remarkable career in the music and entertainment industry. He began his career as an intern at Columbia Records, quickly rising to the top ranks of businesses helmed by some of the most well-known and respected music-industry moguls including Clive Davis, chief creative officer of Sony Music Entertainment Worldwide; Jimmy Iovine, chairman of Interscope-Geffen-A&M and Sean "Diddy" Combs, owner of Bad Boy Entertainment Worldwide. As a record executive, Gillyard served in prestigious positions such as president of Urban Music at Interscope Records, head of Urban Music at J Records, and general manager at Bad Boy Entertainment. While in these positions he oversaw the A&R, marketing, and sales of more than 150 million albums. Over the years he worked with some of the biggest and most influential artists in the world. In 2011, Gillyard was awarded a Grammy award for his work as a producer on Bebe & Cece Winans’ album “Still” in the category of Best Contemporary R&B Gospel Album. BORN FOR THIS has run in Washington, DC, Atlanta, GA, Los Angeles, CA, and Boston, MA. Gillyard produced the runs in LA and Boston, and has positioned the show for a run on Broadway. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Gillyard graduated from Howard University with a degree in Finance. Will Campbell is Co-Founder and CEO at Quantasy, LLC. Will’s more than twenty-year career can be most easily summarized by the quote “If you want to come up with new answers, you have to ask new questions.” It is with this vision that he’s co-founded and led the growth of the agency to what now amounts to more than 60 people as one fully integrated, cultural marketing force. Since founding Quantasy, named by Inc. Magazine as one of America’s fastest growing private companies in 2018 and 2020, Will has used his unique method of blending advertising, technology, entertainment and culture to deliver business growth results for world-class clients including Google, Lionsgate, American Honda, the State of California and Wells Fargo Bank. His work has ranged from award winning marketing campaigns to unique program launches like the nationally recognized Google “Accelerate,” a platform created to level the playing field for people with unequal access to technology and economic opportunity. No matter the assignment, his goal always remains the same: to ensure that the companies and organizations he works with are proactive within the culture, never reactive. Alongside his work with top tier corporations and government organizations, Will counsels and serves some of the world’s most renowned and iconic public figures including Magic Johnson and Kevin Hart. The agency’s work has won numerous industry award competitions including Clios, Effies, ANA, The One Show, Webby Awards, Streamys and more. Will was also named to the Empowerment Congress 40 under 40. In January of 2020, Will was appointed to serve as a Commissioner on the Los Angeles County Small Business Commission. Additionally, he remains committed to the community as every year he invites local High School students into the Quantasy offices where he helps mentor and inspire the next generation of marketing professionals. Will completed his undergraduate studies at Occidental College in Los Angeles and post graduate studies in the Advanced Management Education Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
