Lauren F. Grove is the Chief Experience Architect for the event planning and production firm, The Grant Access, LLC (TGA). In this role, Lauren curates memorable experiences for her clients, ranging from professional conferences and galas to trade shows and public events like Essence Festival and the US Open. With high profile clientele and sponsorships including the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), Nike, the Brooklyn Nets, FOX, Diageo, Merck, Cantu Beauty and others, The Grant Access’ impressive and highly satisfied portfolio of clients are a testament to Lauren’s commitment to cultivating a memorable, five-star experience. The Grant Access, founded in 2014 is the manifestation of over 19 years of event planning experience and innovation for brands. With an ongoing flow of successful events annually, The Grant Access continues to flourish, and the company’s brand recognition has poweseries, Hav Plenty Brunch, a premier event hosted by TGA. In addition to Hav Plenty Brunch, Lauren also co-founded the widely acclaimed, HBCU SpringComing. An “HBCU Homecoming in New York City” taking place every April, attracting over 5,000 guests annually and expanding to Birmingham, AL in 2022. Lauren's passion for architecting enjoyable experiences is deeply etched in her approach with corporate clients and personal clients the like. She seamlessly turned her innate ability to be the bridge that connects needs with commodities into a company that understands the need and brings the vision to life for her clientele. Prior to making the leap to turning her passion into purpose, and events into experiences, Lauren began her career in marketing research and sales for Nielsen before transitioning into the advertising industry. After working her way up to a Director role with a top 5 global agency, Lauren knew that her next step should be one with purpose. And so The Grant Access was born. Lauren is a graduate of Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a MBA with a concentration in marketing. When she’s not working tirelessly to bring dream events to life, Lauren enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends. Although Lauren currently lives in New Jersey with her husband and two year old son, she will always be a southerner at heart, hailing from Columbia, South Carolina.
