HBCU Night is an annual partnership between the Atlanta Dream and the Atlanta HBCU Alumni Alliance. The partnership commences with the Dream’s HBCU + Divine Nine Weekend, taking place during two home games against the Minnesota Lynx (HBCU Night) presented by Georgia Lottery on July 28 and the Dallas Wings (Divine Nine Game Theme) on July 30 presented.
As a part of the HBCU Night partnership, $5 from each ticket purchased from fundraising ticket experiences for these two games will go towards scholarships for metro Atlanta students. Proceeds for the July 28 game will go to the Atlanta HBCU Alumni Alliance Scholarship Fund, and funds from the July 30 game will go to the NPHC Greater Atlanta Scholarship Program. Through this partnership, the Atlanta Dream and the Atlanta HBCU Alumni Alliance are committed to supporting HBCUs and their students.
