The former Jackson State University wide receiver Warren Newman III has signed with the New Jersey Generals of the United States Football League.
NJ Generals had an amazing first year in the USFL, with a 9-1 record and finishing first place overall in their division.
This will be the second professional football league for former JSU receiver Warren Newman III. The USFL's second season is expected to begin next April. HBCU players have found it to be a wonderful platform through which to pursue their professional football dreams.
